International Clients

Our firm frequently represents clients residing overseas including a number of expatriate Australians working overseas. We have knowledge of the issues facing clients who reside or have former partners residing overseas.

We are a Brisbane firm but we often communicate with our overseas clients via email to transmit documents.

We also have experience in dealing with child abduction cases pursuant to The Hague Convention involving clients who have brought children to Australia or have taken or wish to take their children overseas.
